Victory Power Garden is in existence to help people save money with renewable energy and be less dependent on foreign oil.
Victory Gardens were planted by Americans in their yards and nearby parks during World War II. They were a way for our United States citizens to help the war effort. People planted their own fruits and vegetables, so the farmers could ship their produce to the troops. As a country, this was another way we could pull together and gain Victory! The Victory Garden also helped Americans to be self sufficient.
